24th Nov 2021: visit to Kwetu Home of Peace (KHPC);

Kwetu Home of Peace (KHPC) is one of the long term beneficiary of the CSR projects by Avenue Car Hire and Leasing Limited. Founded in 1993 as a Care and Feeding Center for the street boys with a devotion to give these boys love, dignity, and hope in order to reclaim and restore their well-being to enable them rediscover their talents and potential for a productive future.

KHPC houses 120 Boys with a quarterly street rescue schedule. With this number to sustain, Avenue supports the home with consumables on a monthly basis.

12th Nov 2021: VISIT TO ST. MONICA CHILDREN'S HOME

St. Monicah Children’s Home was founded by a mother Perpetua Gatome and a group of friends back in 2003.  They felt the need to offer a helping hand to the Orphaned and Vulnerable Children who are living under poor conditions. Saint Monica endeavors to step in and become the primary care giver of these children through collaboration with the local community, local administration, sponsors and corporate development partners. This will offer a chance at Quality Education, Family Support geared towards poverty eradication and Christian Based Counseling, sensitizing them about HIV AIDS.

Avenue has supported this home since the year 2010 to date with an objective to help the home accomplish its mission in the long run. Seeing more than 50 girls benefit from this fit course and call Saint Monica Home has been a driving force for us.
