at the time of hire.

1. DRIVER'S AGE
The hirer must be over twenty three
(23) years and under 65 years of age.
(Special Insurance can be arranged for drivers over the age of 65 years)
2. LICENCE
The hirer / and or authorized
driver must have held a full and valid driver's licence for a minimum of
2 years prior to the date of hire. A valid driver's licence from the country
of residence for a foreigner or an international driver's permit is acceptable.
3. INSURANCE
Maximum hirer's liability for self
drive in case of fire theft, third party cli\aim or any damage to our vehicles
is reduced on paying C.D.W (collision damage waiver).
Maximum liability varies according
to class of vehicle. Vehicles in class A,B,C & F are suitable for use
on tarmac roads only. The hirer will be fully liable for any damage if
used "Off Road".
4. TIME, DISTANCE AND FUELLING
Time and distance calculated
form our office and back to our office.
Vehicles are handed over with full
tanks and must be returned with full tanks.
5. CHAUFFEUR SERVICES
Available on request. Additional
daily charge applicable for these services.
6. NEIGHBOURING COUNTRIES
By prior arrangement vehicles may
be taken to neighbouring countries; Provided the geographical area is covered
by our insurers. Necessary documentation is available on request at an
additional cost.
7. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Full payment for the period of hire
based on estimate plus a refundable deposit (To be advised on choice of
vehicle).
The hirer must be in possession
of proper means of identification other than his / her driving licence.
Most credit cards are accepted
8. REFUSAL OF HIRE
We reserve the right to decline
any hire without giving a reason. |
